1. Reservation Time Limit: Please make a reservation or cancellation at least 24 hours (inclusive) prior to departure.

2. Reservation Rules:

(1) Paid meals may vary due to different places of departure, flights and dates. We will match bookable and purchasable meals for you according to your flight and date. Please refer to the actual query.

(2) Only one product of special meal, high-class meal and meal redeem points is available for reservation. However, multiple paid meals are available for reservation. For example, if you reserve any one product among special meal, high-class meals and meal redeem points and the flight meets the condition for paid meal reservation, you can reserve paid meals as well.

(3) After making a reservation for paid meals, you are still provided with the complimentary meal prepared for your original cabin. You can make a reservation for meals to redeem points for products or give up the complimentary meal to obtain equal points rewards based on your actual demands on the official WeChat account or APP of Hainan Airlines.

(4) it is only applicable to the reservation for 880-ticket flights of Hainan Airlines as the actual carrier, but unavailable for the reservation for non-880-ticket flights.

(5) Paid meal reservation is not available for baby passengers.

3. Reservation quantity: Due to the limited number, meals are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. And due to the limited cabin load capacity, each passenger on the same flight is limited to make a reservation for one paid product.

4. Points exchange meals:

(1) Applicable objects: Fortune Wings Club members and their peers (they need to book the same seat code with members) or member beneficiaries. Fortune Wings Club members passengers can not use overdraft points to exchange products.

(2) Exchange scope: some domestic self-operated routes of Hainan Airlines (specifically subject to the display on the exchange page).

(3) Voluntary refund: After successful meal exchange, in case of voluntary refund, rescheduled or transfer, apply for cancellation on the original exchange platform 24 hours (including) before the scheduled departure; the points will not be refunded within 24 hours before the scheduled departure.

(4) involuntary refund: After successful exchange of meals, in case of involuntary refund, you can apply for refund of meals through the original exchange platform, and the points will be returned to Jinpeng account within 10 working days.

(5) Other rules shall be implemented according to the rules of paid meal products.
