Terms and Conditions
This product is available for some of Hainan airlines non-stop flights from Hangzhou and Xiamen.

Refund and Change Provisions
1. Voluntary Refunds
1) More than 24 hours (inclusive) before departure, paid meals can be refunded without penalty. Passengers can log in "My bookings" with flight information and turn to "Flight+" on Hainan Airlines official website to apply for the refund, it will be processed automatically after the application is submitted.
2) Within 24 hours before departure, refund applications for paid meal are not acceptable.
2. Involuntary Refunds
Paid meals can be refunded without penalty. Passengers can log in "My bookings" with flight information and turn to "Flight+" on Hainan Airlines official website to apply for the refund. The meal orders will be cancelled after the application is submitted, the refund will be processed after approval.
Changing flight is not available for paid meal, Passengers can refund the meal according to the rules of refund and make another booking.
1) Meal options may vary depending on route and date.
2) Passenger can only pre-select one meal from Special Meal, Business Class pre-order meal, Meal Exchanges for Points or Pre-paid Salad. Please note that once the Special meal is ordered, other pre-order meal will not be available anymore.
3) Non-880 tickets are not eligible for pre-paid meal service.
4) Please note that the pre-paid meal service is not available to infant passengers.
Passenger can only select one pre-paid meal. The pre-paid meal service will not be available if our pre-order limit has been reached.
